Never mind i answered my own question and did the repec. Its amazing for group play :)

I had a build with max rally, vengence, juggs, hor with protector of grace as a weapon. While it's good for tanking, many rogues/mages will leave your party due to your nood dps/dmg...
that skill set for surviving not for tanking, you will easy lost agro with that set and slow kill. Sorcerer and rogue just busy running around avoiding attacks and you do little damages, that will ruin your party. but that set good for cf pvp imo.

absolutely right if your pvp killing based, but for running capture flag not that bad, but depending your team too of course.
