Dragon Vanity Rings

I had a question about getting the set bonus rings for the vanity. If I bought a blue dragon Vanity set and a pet and put the ring on all of my toons, could I later get another ring if I get a better set like gold or black, or can each toon only have one dragon ring?

each toon can have multiple rings, but you will only be able to utilize one at a time


Example: You can equip only Green at one time, then you can switch it to blue.
