Snowball Special Ability Suggestion.

His Special attack is a melee attack, but his passive is a ranged attack, this renders his special move entirely obsolete 90% of the time, as he isn't close enough to do any damage. Could you guys possibly rework the move to a high dmg ranged shot that has a high percentage to freeze the target, or... Anything really.

Snowballs Been outdated but to me, he's the best snow Elemental!
But he needs to be buffed though
