I wasn't getting my platinum for offers in wi8 and I clicked the I and sent a email now where am I supposed to get an email back from?

You should probably wait, 'cause STS doesn't reply to emails during weekends.
Could be just a useless button to satisfy the masses, not unlike the in game report function.

No, I clicked the button before and W3i replied and credited my account with the platinum. They might not respond on weekends though, some companies don't.

Just wait... I have been credited over 15free plats using the email and as far as ik they dont work on weekends
