They only do free respecs when there are changes to character skills etc. Like when the passives were added.

nordr is on north while paradise pier is on the south.. makes no sense :chargrined:

Yes when there is a closed gate that usually means it will open sometime. So sometime in the future (it might not be the next after nordr necessarily) there will be an expansion there.
