SKELLLA if u didnt play in old swamps... if u did, then enjoy the gloomy swampy goodness of chef le chomp.

I thought Lost Expedition, as long as people know how to deal with the ice. And with quests now, you can do that until you get to elite quests. (But maybe I'm not remembering the levels of the areas correctly.) Learn swamps and with a good group, it's still nice.

probably lost expedition or skeller. if you want challenge, swamps is a good place to level.
