When I click the "Support" link from the menu-bar, it opens a new tab/window... I think the sign in button is broken as it does not seem to point to a login action... It does nothing when pressed. I've tried it on 3 different browsers now.
Is there an email address I can use to ask a support question to STS regarding platinum purchases?
Just in case, I will post my question here as well...
I've had a STS account since the very beginning and have just started playing Arcane Legends (Awesome game btw!!) ... I noticed a banner (in-game) saying my first platinum purchase would be doubled... My question is, having completed a few of the free platinum offers and seeing them reported as "purchases" in the account history, when i make my first 'real' platinum purchase for money, will it still be doubled?
This is important as I will then make my first purchase a BIG one ;)
