Sorry you're having such a hard time, Jownz, but there really is a lot of strategy in the game, including which areas/levels to play and with whom. Don't get discouraged but if one thing isn't working, try something else.

please, learn how to use fullstops and learn to spell. there are probably lots of people who are poorer than you. what level are you currently? you can't expect to have a million when you are only level 30.

For the most part, you don't need great, whacking piles of gold. I'm level 48 and have about 30,000 gold. I had about 50,000 but mana and health pots for AO3 cost money and I've been burning through 'em. Everything I'm wearing/using I found in-game except for my mage hat--a friend gave it to me. You really don't need to buy the latest find or hottest rarity to play the game.

-trying to sell a Zuraz Shocklance for 400k
-trying to sell a lvl 45 Zuraz plasma sword for 20k
-trying to buy a Force kite shield
-trying to sell a Shock lance of Legend for 100k
-trying to sell a Thoth helm for 20k

How exactly are you poor and not finding any loot? Really, I'm puzzled.
