In the desktop version of forums head to "profile settings". Then click "edit signature".
Click upload image and save changes. There should be a detailed guide here of how to set a sig.

Edit: I can build a house from the ground up but can't do this? How frustrating .

I did it from my I phone. Took screen shot it went to camera roll then went to crop for free app and spun it 90 degrees then went to spacetimestudios.com using safari loged in pushed settings then edit signature and used second option set image from camera roll and hit save changes and bam, done.
