Haha, I know the forgotten event wrecked havok on PL twinking and the PL twink ecomomy, but I am kind of missing the events like this that used to happen in PL. Yeah, like the easter, halloween and Christmas events which were a little more sophisticated than they are here in AL. I know STS is probably very busy with pumping out all of the frequent expansions here in AL, which is a good thing, but I just miss some of these fun events...

When the Forgotten event started in PL, I was like yea! Then after seeing how it ruined PvP I was like boo! Finally, after seeing what it did to the economy for Winterfest, VooDoo, Copperhead and other equips, I was like -.-

Now I really only play AL, so yes, you did almost give me a heart attack!

True, but overnight, the market for almost everything in my inventory except for Dragon Vanities and Humania God/Goddess items vaporized. For a short while, I still had some value with Glyph equips, but then the Turnstile dungeon came out and value disappeared there as well.

Even my lv51 Raid Roach Recurves and Shadow Hax dropped a ton. Millions in valuable weaponry was wiped out just like that because of a single, overpowered scaled bow.

Then, at endgame, all weaponry became much more powerful, but armor levels dropped, leading to lucky "first crit wins" matches in PvP. Even at twink levels, everyone needs FBs to be successful. That's when I had to say goodbye.
