When new cap come will u automatically be lv76 if ur over the xp needed for 75 or will u still have to lvl up to 76??

You will still have to lv up to 76 but you will have a head start . I'm sure some of the forum pros can define this better than me.

There percent of xp towards 76 will stay the same. The amount of xp will not.

Well said my friend. I also, thought this when I capped at 66. I thought that if I went over the xp needed for the future lvl 66 after the lvl 71 update, that I would be lvl 66 as soon as I got on. It turned out that it was the percentage of the amount of xp you have determines how much xp you will have towards your next lvl.

EXP required currently for elite cap (76) is 100,000 EXP.
This EXP will be reduced down to some smaller amount after the cap raise. Let's use 10,000 as an example.
However, the EXP percentage earned will stay the same.
If you had 55,000 EXP previous to cap raise, the 55%/100% EXP percentage stays the same.
So you would have 5,500 EXP with the new EXP amount.
