Recently <Elite Runners> underwent a structural reorganization. We lost many members in the process. During this process I reflected upon what we accomplished as a guild and I am very proud. In one season, we achieved greatness, and we had some of the best players in the game interested in our guild’s processes and our running strategies. Alas, while my vision for the guild was to provide a home for end game elite running players, I realize now that it was a flawed vision and ultimately caused our guild to become top heavy.

For those who left and are lost without a home, please feel free to come back.

To those who stuck with the guild and are committed to rebuilding, I thank you.

My leadership team and I met last night and discussed our guild’s vision and how best to proceed, and thus we have established a new guild charter and vision.

Guild Vision
We are stewards of the Arcane Legends, ushering players who have reached the level cap or cap -1 into the elite and end-game territory, helping them to learn end game content, and preparing them for what lies ahead.

GM
Currently I am the GM of Elite Runners, however this is subject to change.

Trainers
Officers are trainers and are committed to helping others achieve their in game goals and teach them everything we know.
Each officer is permitted to have up to 3 players in which they provide their sponsorship. All officers will help to assist and train all members. Thus, each officer will be responsible for the training and development of 3 additional players.

Members
Members are those who have a sponsor and are in training. We have a 90 day retention policy in place for these members. Members who join have no requirements other than being capable of entering elite maps (cap -1).
We do request that if you plan to go inactive to inform us, we will hold your spot, however we will fill it with others as well.
We will offer 90 days of training, in which time members will learn how to run elite, about spec, and about strategy for the best maps to farm. Once that timeframe is up, members will have the following options:

Move on – you may leave the guild, at which point we will send you off with a party and a gift to move on to an elite farming guild where you can farm your heart out and earn the best gear in the game and be a LB player or whatever it is you desire.

Stay and be a Trainer – this is a major commitment and not for everyone. Basically our trainers sacrifice fast elite runs for runs in which take a lot of time to complete and it’s not a good way to farm and get the best gear in the game.

You're welcome to join up with us and test us out. I don't have a whole lot of info for you other than that we run elite very frequently and we're a small and tight group. We are a relatively new guild but all of our members are elite capable from not only a level standpoint but also from a gear and skill standpoint.

I would be interested in running with you! A lot of Kettle and Mali runs going on. Would love to ind some better gear for both guys. Have Champions Will set for Warrior and Entombed Hammer Fatality lvl 30 and Amethyst Pendant of Tides for Warrior. Probably run solo for Elite Tower Mardon tonight to finish off those achievements.

I would love to join I'm in <Gods of Caos> but no one really runs elites and it has like 2200 members so Im looking for more skilled and motivated players that want to push the envelope. I have been trying to get ahold of someone but I play from my phone so every time I try to contact someone it says "Character not found". I have only had the game for about a week and a half, working on getting from 30 to 31 at the moment, I am a tank spec warrior with snaggletooth as my pet. Not sure if I am doing something wrong or need to change something to get ahold of someone. I am also central time, Denver Co. In game name is Sphinxox.

Perhaps try to PM the officers and I am sure we will contact you promptly. Unfortunately, one gets MANY random friend requests and it is hard to tell which is random and which is meant seriously. Yesterday one player contacted me via PM and within 5 minutes he/she was in our guild.

Officers cover all timezones, but I would say we are mostly active GMT 4PM - GMT 6AM. But try any time.

Please read the original post in this thread and note that we currently accept 26+ levels, because our aim is to run Elite maps, and teach and coach new members.

We are not actively recruiting. BUUUUUUT, I for one still am taking possible recruits on "try out" runs. Typically two or more officer will run an elite map with you (last season the test maps were rooks nest, jarl, and kettle runs. So nothing pro) if you impresses us (i personally grade on a scale 1-10. 6+ I vote we invite you) we will invite to guild :) any friends of already members are allowd w/o try outs.
*Note: we test you on an ELITE map so if you are bot ready to try elites wait untill you reach level 35+ (the higher your level/closer to level 36 also helps your chances of joining. However I hav let lvl29s in last expansion. We can sneak you into elites if you are below 35, we typically don't unless your stats convince us otherwise.

Feel free to correct me if policy has changed alr. But I get several requests (via pm) per day so I try to let some try out if their stats seem viable for elite runs.

If this is current policy just pm alr or an officer to try out (we may be busy so be patient. I am often in elite runs, so I may take a few minutes to finish the map).

We’ve had a recruiting freeze for some time now and I get at least 3 – 4 PM messages daily requesting access. To which I reply that we’re on a recruiting freeze...

Crow – what you’re doing is certainly fine, we are not ‘closed’ but we only entertain inviting a member if they:
a) Want to join for the right reasons
b) Understand Elites with at least a good fundamental understanding of MMO strategy and…
c) Are willing to learn and listen to us coach them into becoming really good players.

The reason we are so selective is because all of our members are resources to the guild – the more we have the more spread out our coaches are and thus the attention we can provide to each individual is lessened. Don’t get me wrong, it’s most certainly not that we don’t want to grow, it’s that we want to be able to provide that same level of coaching and training to everyone who joins and we would be doing our members a disservice if we couldn’t.

we've had a recruiting freeze for months for the reasons listed above. it's just hard to coach so many players who are new to elite.

the 10k ap qualifier we had was a good litmus test to ensure we were getting players with a good amount of experience who would need minimal coaching.

To anyone that would like to join <Elite Runners>, I run elite maps all the time....If you would like a partner to run with and some training along the way, feel free to send me a PM IGN: Kalizzaa.

Generally speaking, running with several of our guild members not only helps to improve your own skill (for when we open things back up), but spreading your name around with the Officers and Recruiters probably wouldn't be a bad thing to do.

If nothing else, you get competent players to run with and might get better at learning the pulls for most efficient runs. Once you learn which pulls work best and how to effectively use the terrain to your advantage, you will notice that you can complete maps faster and burn fewer pots along the way. This is far more effective than joining PUGs where they either kill everything on the map, run to boss location and get frustrated because they have to keep backtracking to kill additional mobs, or just stumble their way through maps without a solid strategy.

Any recruiter is considered a coach in that they know the fundamentals of elite running well enough to inform others with correct information most of the time (no one is perfect).

Officers are the main coaches and do all recruiting. Stay long enough and prove knowledgeable you are bound for officer. My third to most recent recruit is already officer. Officers are not perfect though, and I will never tell a warrior 100% of what they need to do. More or less we show you alr's baller elite running pulls and suggest styles of builds. To answer the question of 1on1 coaching, no. Me and killingsworth mentor all warriors in our strategies, I usually give more advice to off tanks, and he pure tanks. Whenever you need help just ask in /g and it will be answered as soon as I get out of the purple goo. I do often pull members to the guild hall (like oblivious two days ago) for more in-depth conversations that will take more than 1-3 lines of chat. The idea of the guild is no matter who you run with they will be adaquit (if not above) the average. Our officers often run for lb and we are need b4 greed (work in progress atm), so the idea is everyone benefits.

Only rules I'm strict on:
1) don't merch (try to profit off members), you are always welcome on elite runs so there is no reason not to build your wealth that way.
2) don't beg. On average I am having 3-7 conversations at once, those who are polite and patient gain the most attention. Saying "hello? Are you there" when you see me in elite overgrow's map means I'm stuck in purple goo spamming pots.
3) don't put down others. Be constructive, we were all noobs (in a litteral sense, not insulting way) at one point.

Alri, I want to use this place to thank you for changing a noob into moderate player. Now when I think about it at that time you made a run with a warrior who was proud of his Radiant DEX type armor and yet you did not hesitate to invite me. So, by my own example I know that miracles are possible and I try to look in the same way on our new members.

You know what I get a kick out of most in the game? It's when I see our members grow - it's when I see that a yesterday's "noob" (gosh how I hate the word) all of a sudden appears in upgraded mythics for which he/she farmed so hard. I could give concrete names here (certain Bael/Krunch magnets know who I am speaking about) but I won't because I don't want to omit anybody.

I like also the generosity of many members. I know how hard it is to take a call between your own benefit of your team mates (even if they are your own kids lol :D ).

I love my top gear - but even more I love the atmosphere in our guild. Not a single day passes without some funny moments and without satisfaction how we kicked aXX of the damned Elite Heart again :D

Mate, you do incredible job. It is not your skill and even less your gear that makes the guild to be what it is. It is your engagement and soul.

We ran out of elite APs.

I'm sitting at 15,300 only need the APs in PvP and I have them all. Many officers (and some recruiters) have all of the arch nemesis APs. For the most part arena APs are only ones people lack (hard to get a shark bouncer party. Or find that anoying child's play boss), and only reason we don't focus on arena more is it takes HOURS to even find the right boss/impediment. Additionally, its more effective to solo some of the APs (especially if you are a rouge, which is most of our members).

To answer if we are expanding: No but yes. We are not hunting down people in arlor saying "would you like to join ER," but we do allow anyone who requests to try-out. The plan was to stay around 100members (quallity over quantity), but weet soany good players we are currently at 171 and (slowly) growing, since few people leave (or at least come back. It actually happens a lot "Omg, I miss elite runs. Can I come back?"). We definentlu won't turn down a good player :)

Essentially, for me, the purpose is to:

1) Improve my skills in elite PvE by running with other guild members to learn new strategies for effective and efficient runs
2) By improving the quality of my elite runs, I can farm more effectively while on reroll
3) Train others on how to efficiently run my favorite maps like Forest, Rooks Nest, Lost Mages Mine, Southern Seas, etc.
4) Build up my inventory and gold balance so I can donate to guildies and randoms more generously than I have been able to previously
5) Be a wingman for other guildies who are on reroll so they can maximize the value of their elixir time

I am kind of unusual I suspect. I might have 11k AP, I haven't completed all of the elite boss kills, I am always broke (see point 4) and I am not a very good merch. Unlike other guilds I have been with, I don't feel pressured to challenge AP and timed leaderboards, cap within hours of an expansion, have millions in stash, or have a surplus of mythic and arcane items/eggs.

The focus here is to simply have fun and help others. Training is a big part of the guild. All new recruits are taught the best strategies and most effective pulls from Officers and other members. At any given point in time, more than half of our members are either in, or setting up, an elite map, so finding a run is as simple as "/g Got reroll from Klaas, any runs?"

I know you pretty well from PvP last season, so, if you ever want to do some farming, PM me and I'll be happy to take you through my favorite farming spots.

Essentially this is the area im lacking and i cant remember all the pulls.smtms hard to form a pt and elix contraint makes the run under pressure.levelling pet is another issue for me and im constantly pvping with low level pets.elix issue and finding members who share same interest.

Not aiming for timed runs specifically but efficient run,yes.if i can cut pots spending even more why not.helping others if i can is another thing i am looking forward to participate more.

Over the previous season I have seen many of my guildies and friends make the LB gaining a top player, timed run, or PvP kills banner. I have not. For the sake of my own egotistical desires I have decided to get as many APs as I can. Typically I put in the effort to do 1-2 hours of AP runs on week days. However, I have them all EXCEPT PvP. I have a moderate stash of gold and an almost maxed set of gear so I can skip a few elite runs to PvP. A few other members are going for APs as well, but for the most part elite is for fun/gold (when you do a 7.5min overgrow when whole party is using a leprechaun pendant elite isnct a task).

The main goal of the guild is to run elite and build wealth through it. We have many members with myth sets they purchased with wealth they gained through elite (me included).

Thanks for your interest in joining. At this point we don't actively recruit because frankly we don't have to. I get typically 5 - 10 PM messages daily asking to join. Most of those people unfortunately I have to turn away at the moment... Our coaches just simply don't have the bandwidth to coach all 4000 + capped toons in this game how to run Elites.

We do however, help those who help themselves... To give you an example, a recently acquired member of Elite Runners sent me a PM about three weeks ago asking about his build etc... He also asked to join. I informed him that we were in the midst of a recruiting freeze, however that's not a no forever.

Over the few weeks prior, he asked specific questions that were good indicators to me that he:
a) wanted to learn
b) had the right personality to join us (always trying to be better)
c) understood the fundamentals of the game enough that he was trainable and...
d) never once asked for help from me in any way other than his skill build and strategy.

At some point last week he asked about a strategy for Elites, and I realized he had made it to level cap. I invited him to run with us and after a few runs offered him a place among the guild. He worked hard for the gear he obtained. He worked hard to level grind to get to the cap.

To be a sought after guild providing those who wish to run end game PVE a home.

Description
Elite Runners is a guild dedicated to end game PVE. We’re Strategists, Tacticians, and are always looking for the most efficient way to run elites. We have a strong core of capped toons who are capable of leading elite runs into the most challenging maps and completing those runs even with uncapped toons or with those who don’t have the best gear and pets in the game. Our coaches help the new to elite learn the best builds, learn the best strategy for certain Elite Maps, as well as where to find the best loot.

Leadership
I believe that at the heart of a good guild is good leadership. I lead Elite Runners as the GM, however I have empowered all of my Officers to act in my behalf when I am not around. We make decisions as a group for the direction of our guild and I trust the judgment of the officers implicitly.

Officers
Officer status is an earned status. Some of the officers we have are original members from the formation of our guild. Some of them are relatively new members of our guild. We have no time requirement for being promoted to officer, my expectations of the officers is that they are capable of not only running elites, but also coaching new-to-elite members on how to effectively build their toons, how best to run certain maps, as well as being active and helpful in any way they can.

Recruiters
In Elite Runners, the status of recruiter is earned by showing your toon's capabilities of running with the officers. Once we have determined that a player is not only capable of running elites, and can represent the guild appropriately when and if running PUGS. We would promote that player into the recruiter status.

Additionally recruiters are considered coaches and provide advice and help to members by Leading Elite Runs, as well as providing assistance with certain builds and ways to spec toons. My expectation of the recruiters is very high and we do not have many of them.

Members
Elite Runner’s members are the reason we exist. Joining Elite Runners is a statement you make to us and to yourself that you want to be the best you can be with what you have. We are here to help coach, guide, and instruct the members of our guild into well versed and capable <Elite Runners>. Nothing excites me more than helping a member run an elite map for the first time or teaching them something new with their build that they didn’t realize, effectively making them stronger, better, faster. I am here to help my members achieve their individual goals. Members play on their schedule and have no requirements other than to run elite maps with recruiters and officers.

I should probably elaborate better on that previous post.
Over the previous season I have seen many of my guildies and friends make the LB gaining a top player, timed run, or PvP kills banner. I have not. For the sake of my own egotistical desires I have decided to get as many APs as I can. Typically I put in the effort to do 1-2 hours of AP runs on week days. However, I have them all EXCEPT PvP. I have a moderate stash of gold and an almost maxed set of gear so I can skip a few elite runs to PvP. A few other members are going for APs as well, but for the most part elite is for fun/gold (when you do a 7.5min overgrow when whole party is using a leprechaun pendant elite isnct a task).

The main goal of the guild is to run elite and build wealth through it. We have many members with myth sets they purchased with wealth they gained through elite (me included).

Im with Crow on this, i too have got all AP's but PVP, and tbh i hate it. Its boring and contains alot of trash talking idiots. That being said for personal goals i too will be trying to get all the AP's i can in this area. Though my love will always be for PVE.

Alfai, i couldnt agree with you more. And to my knowledge our guild does not contain those that brag or those that are egotistical. I too worked for all my gear even though activities of late would suggest otherwise. By this i am talking about our staffs. We obtained most of our gear by farming, before we even thought about opening crates we had acquired all our myth gear struggling like hell to gather our gold together. The job being even tougher because there was 2 of us to farm for. The only reason we started opening crates was to try and get the Arcane staff, the final item in the game that we desired for our mages.

Now we have got them, it was a ball ache tbh, and i hated every minute of it. I stayed up til 3:30am many days in a row trying to find sellers and em merched pretty much 20 hours a day most days (no exaggeration) when we realised that there was little to no chance of looting one.

Im glad we are done with that, as i said i hated it. Now that that has been achieved we can get back to what we love doing, and that is running. We have started as we mean to go on and are putting every effort into finding new pulls for elites and working hard on bettering ourselves as i know full well that we are only playing a small amount of what we are capable of..... and i must say i am really enjoying it. We are trying pure runs (which means u cant res up) and we are having to learn to work with our new skill set. Its a challenege that we relish in and its what keeps me playing this game.

Basically what i am trying to say to you is that i think that we are on the same page. We're both working towards the same goals, as are many of the more advanced AL players. So saying this, if you ever want to come on a run with us then be my guest. We're on most days and run quick elites, normally playing 'pick a place'. U choose a map, then the next person the next and so on.

I would also like to say this:

Im sorry guys if me and em have been a little absent of late. We have been slightly selfish in the fact that we wanted to concentrate solely on ourselves, but we had always planned to have a month off if im honest. We (and by we i mean everyone) all worked really hard before expansion whether it be farming or coaching, and personally me and em just needed kinda a break. Saying that i know that we have been neglecting our officer duties, and this is the reason why we have stepped down. I loved being an officer, i love helping people. It gives me satisfaction and pleasure and it always will do. But, an officer needs to be someone that takes their role seriously at all times and i dont feel that we are earning that title at the moment so i feel it is the right decision.

Im not saying ill never be an officer again, and if Alri offered it to me when he thought i deserved it i would most definitely accept. But for now i am going to concentrate on getting the respect back from my fellow guild members and to show them that we are good honest players who can help and do posses a knowledge that can help others.

I hope you guys understand, and i hope you can see now why we have been the way we have.

Leading up to season 5,the numbers of pro pinks r getting very little.as the gears stats n caps getting higher so does one has to keep upgrading to stay competitive.and these pro pinks can only dominate niche aspect of the game (i.e 1v1).hence as the flow one decision not to keep up is reducing the competitiveness including personal achievement.

I am not looking for guild with high end gears players.bt one decision not too does reflect their desire to grow (minus luck and wealth).but i am a believer in efforts and hardwork as it does give you what you want,except its being longer.

Not sure bout being op but obviously being skilled makes the game and experience more fun aint it.

Lb as much as we know people are exploiting the mechanism but one thing that remains similar to all r efforts.whether its purely noble or not.and people r still chasing for a spot be it to impress noobs or personal achievement.coz those who know whether you worth a spot you earn their respect so u do it for your own goals.

Hi Bez,

When we say that we are not recruiting its not entirely the case. We are currently not recruiting inexperienced runners, but we are always on the look out for people that possess knowledge and understanding of Elite maps already. Our guild is small and our aim is to coach people on how to run Elites and help them to farm successfully on difficult maps, as you seem to already have an understanding of Elites an exeption may be made. Message one of our officers in game and they will try and come and speak to you and maybe do a quick couple of runs to see how you go, if you demonstrate that you can hold your own and already have the basic knowledge then you will be ok :)

I would advise speaking to either Crow, Alrisaia or Queen as they are all Tank coaches.

I started playing a few months ago and really got the bug. Its been kinda fun just jumping in and playing with lots O peeps but offers no consistency. I have tried in PvP and Gladiator a bit but the main objective have been lvl'ing and covering achievements.

Like anyone else trying to max crates looking for better items (mythic helm, armor...etc). I have plats and use them from time to time mostly for gold to gear but my "selling" skills are getting better.

As far as Elite maps go... I find most just go for the easy maps Brackenridge forest & Brackenridge, Rooks Hideout & Nest (zzzz) but the crates aren't as valuable as in the tougher maps. This is where I'm at currently...a little insane but did elite mariner reef the other night on my own. Can't say it was worth it....no I say It wasn't worth it from the payout but a great buzz that I could actually do it!

But the real meat of it is understand the game , methodology but more importantly having fun inside a group while supporting within your role...all good...luv it!

talk to one of the officers in game. send them a pm and be patient for a reply as often during a run typing means dying.
be prepared to run a few elites with three officers or recruiters. so set aside about thirty minutes just in case.

Pm me or any other officer in game to try out for the guild. You misunderstood our recruiting position. We are not recruiting members who need extensive training at the oment, but we are recruiting players with the fundamentals. Two reecruiys have joined over the last week, and if you meet our standard you will not be turned away.

Standards (they really aren't that hard):

1) decent gear. Legendary gear is fine as long as your stats are acceptable (different for each class. Ex: warrs you need at least 1400armor (not hard).)

2) have the proper goals. We want people looking to run elite and improve their overall game play in this way.
-You may still go for APs, but I wouldn't beg. I gained several elite APs (including elite bloodhammer) by forming a basic elite party in guild to harvest oltgar and asking (politely) for help.) If the party members feel confident in your performance you will likely get help.

3) pass an elite run test. The map you run is up to the officer you are trying out with. My personal choice is SS (Southern Seas).

Our current recruiting policy (to clarify as best I can):

1) contact us to try out (we are not actively hunting peopleat pier to join us). Pls PM me or any officer to try out, NOT a random friends request (we get so many your intentions are unclear).
*be patient 60% of the time I'm logged on I'm in elite, and another 10-20% of the time I'm in PvP. Aka: if we say "sec in run" reply "kk" and we will get back to you when convienent.

2) we will request you to join our party so we can inspect your stats.

3) if your stats are up to standard (not a hard standard, but does filter many people who are not elite material).

4) (if you pass inspection) we will take you on an elite run to test your current skill. Based on that performance the officer in the party (if multiple they vote) will either invite you to the guild or tell you what is preventing your current acceptance (this is constructive critizism and is not intended to insult you).

5) you may try out more than once, just don't try daily please.

Recently <Elite Runners> underwent a structural reorganization. We lost many members in the process. During this process I reflected upon what we accomplished as a guild and I am very proud. In one season, we achieved greatness, and we had some of the best players in the game interested in our guild’s processes and our running strategies. Alas, while my vision for the guild was to provide a home for end game elite running players, I realize now that it was a flawed vision and ultimately caused our guild to become top heavy.

For those who left and are lost without a home, please feel free to come back. For those who have a home, I wish you the best and harbor no ill will.

To those who stuck with the guild and are committed to rebuilding, I thank you.

My leadership team and I met last night and discussed our guild’s vision and how best to proceed, and thus we have established a new guild charter and vision.

Guild Vision
We are stewards of the Arcane Legends, ushering players who have reached the level cap or cap -1 into the elite and end-game territory, helping them to learn end game content, and preparing them for what lies ahead.

GM
Currently I am the GM of Elite Runners, however this is subject to change.

Trainers
Officers are trainers and are committed to helping others achieve their in game goals and teach them everything we know.
Each officer is permitted to have up to 3 players in which they provide their sponsorship. All officers will help to assist and train all members. Thus, each officer will be responsible for the training and development of 3 additional players.

Members
Members are those who have a sponsor and are in training. We have a 90 day retention policy in place for these members. Members who join have no requirements other than being capable of entering elite maps (cap -1).
We do request that if you plan to go inactive to inform us, we will hold your spot, however we will fill it with others as well.
We will offer 90 days of training, in which time members will learn how to run elite, about spec, and about strategy for the best maps to farm. Once that timeframe is up, members will have the following options:

Move on – you may leave the guild, at which point we will send you off with a party and a gift to move on to an elite farming guild where you can farm your heart out and earn the best gear in the game and be a LB player or whatever it is you desire.

Stay and be a Trainer – this is a major commitment and not for everyone. Basically our trainers sacrifice fast elite runs for runs in which take a lot of time to complete and it’s not a good way to farm and get the best gear in the game.

I am running out of thanks recently and so let me thank you for your support, guys. It is highly needed, appreciated and I hope we can pay it back one day :)

I want to thank to all those that (re-)joined us recently and who committed to have fun at bringing the guild back to where it belongs, that is, making it a respectable guild of pro players who introduce talented players with moderate gear into Elite Realms. I will not repeat the vision - you can find it in Alri's post above.

I want to use this place to encourage our new members a bit - we are aware of the fact that despite slow growth, the guild is much more silent than it was prior to changes on the last Friday.

We all officers are doing our best to be online for you as much as possible but of course we are also mostly working people with RL obligations.

So, I wanted to give you some tips what you can do if you can't get a party for the moment, so that you are not bored:

Do your daily quests in Shuyal maps
First, you get XP for your toon and your pets. Second, you get some gold for the quest. Third, if you have Lepre or Luck elixir there is a decent drop rate of crates from mobs and from bosses. (That's no promise tho :) )

Run Kraken Mines 3
Before you plunge into mines, I recommend this great guide by Alf:

Hint: Don't wait for ages for the 4th member of the party. If you are 3 DPS toons or even 1 tank and 2 DPS, dont hesitate to start and perhaps kill Harley first and then bring Fran to Stone.
Again, KM3 gives you kills, XP for you and your pets, and some crate chance (I better not comment my luck in KM3 recently :D ). I open all pirate chests I get but if you need gold, check how much are the chests worth.

Hint: To make the mission less boring, you can cycle through the maps, for example:

1) KM3
2) Zone out to Brackenridge, kill Jarl and the minions behind him
3) Zone out to Windmore harbor, kill Skull (or whatever the name of the small boss is) and Bluecrab (chance to spawn Bael)
4) Back to KM3, repeat

You can modify the route as you please, if you'd rather like to spawn Krunch, add Oltgar Keep or Mariner's Reef into the route plan.

Which brings me too...
Farm Brunch
Yes, that's how I call the Bael/Krunch duo about which many positive and negative posts were written. As for me, I did not like how Elite Runners changed into Brunch Runners but I understand that for many players those runs were the cheapest way (in terms of gold, not time) how to get the equipment that was of importance for them.
It is known that they spawn in the same maps as before, only they spawn after you kill the boss. Nice thing is that you have multiple chance for decent drop in some maps.

For example, Oltgar Keep normal:
1) Chance for crate from mobs or boss (especially if you have some reroll item)
2) Chance for Kelvin Egg from Frostir
3) Chance for Golden Warchest (a bit of gold or chance for some moderate loot)
4) Chance to spawn Krunch, which can eventually drop very nice things for you
Note: If you run in a solo party (you invited "000" in any town), Krunch can be very hard to defeat for you. Look for guildies or friends who can join you for the fight. I think no one refuses this invitation :)

Now, if you like Elite runs and you are reasonably geared, you can try to solo or PUG the following maps:

Brackenridge Forest
Chance for Kettle Egg

Brackenridge - Jarl
Chance for Loki's egg

Rooks Nest
Chance for Malison egg
Again, don't wait for ages for the 4th member to join. The map is easily done if you run trio and perhaps use the old classical pulls. We can teach you those. At Bael, kill first two groups of mobs and then run down to avoid the masters and rogues can use Nox to bring the health of Bael down for faster kill after he drops his shield. (btw, works with Krom in Shuyal too)

Lost Mage's Mine
Chance for Wrathjaw or Snaggletooth egg, Elite Banded Golden Chest
Although possible solo, you will have lower pot consumption if you run duo and use two classical pulls. Again, we can show you how if you don't know.
Antee has a small loot table, hence the chance for Snaggle/Wrath egg is decent.

OK, so that would be some ideas for you new guys so that you are not bored in times of silent guild :)

Allow me to expand on Kings post above:

Elite Forest, Elite Brackenridge and Elite Rooks Nest are good places to improve your skills and technique. At this point, capped players should be able to solo these three maps easily, as the mobs don't hit particularly hard, and your damage/hp/armor should be sufficiently high that you won't get overwhelmed.

For several seasons, I ran these three maps a lot, mostly solo, so I could tweak my build, figure out how to stack damage most effectively, how/when to launch pet arcane, etc. The training that I went through on these maps have direct implications on how you can be most effective in more challenging maps that Nordr and Shuyal offer.

Rooks Nest, and Lost Mages Mine (LMM), in particular are where I really developed the Nox Box technique, resulting in me being able to solo even more challenging maps in Kraken. LMM is exceptionally good for developing Nox and crowd control skills because it is really, really easy to gather an enormous mob, at which point, it could be difficult to manage such a mass, so training here is effective because there are no snare/stun/root enemies and no environmental concerns like in Nordr and Shuyal. Even Sorcerers can improve their crowd control skills here and master Fireball>Clock>Ice rotations because there are several choke-points which can be used to your advantage.

Then, for you Rogues who believe that you have mastered the Nox Box, give Elite Southern Seas a try (solo of course), and see if you have indeed mastered it. This map, in my mind is the ideal Nox setup because you will be overwhelmed using traditional attacks, but, due to the map setup, mobs are already contained and positioned perfectly for Nox poison. Plus, you have the added challenge of environmental attacks and a boss that hits reasonably hard...all packaged in a tight little map that essentially gives you free revives at the boss.

Yes, I am aware that those basic hints and tips are not what end-gamers (especially those who run for leaderboards) do, but you correctly understood that this is rather a guide for a lvl 35 guild newbie with legendary gear who can't get party at the moment, because the consolidation of the guild is keeping us really busy and I so I wanted to help in this way a bit.

Most of us (probably all) do not have individual egoistic goals - we have fun at teaching and assisting others. I have mentioned many times in this forum that the word "fun" is individual. We gathered people who get a kick out of seeing former "noob" (I hate this word, as couple of months ago before I met Alri I was a noob myself) - of seeing former noob lead successful elite run.
