View Full Version : Black Ice Vs. Green Ice

Hey guys! I was wondering for a 32 warbird build, which would be good, black ice bow/long sword or green ice bow/longsword. FYI, black Ice is obtained from elite quest in lost expedition/frozen nightmare.

Green ice has slightly better stats but requires lvl 32 to wield. The time it takes to get the black ice is going to be how much farming money for green ice. I'd personally use green ice because you're going to 32 anyways. As I stated in your other post, 32 warbirds are very bad now. I'd consider levelin' or using a forgotten how.

Green ice has 2 or 3 more damage, but requires 5 more str. Either will do fine, but I'd say green ice is slightly better for warbird. I prefer black/regular for Mage and bear since that 5 dex can add a hit or two but bird has a hit buff so that isn't a big factor.

I saw a couple of rushing birds that were decent.

No. I don't care who it is, if they put on an fbow, they aren't gonna do so bad in pvp lol. Fbows r just a way of saying, "hey guys I can't pvp worth anything so imma just put on this badge that says stay away, and hope it works!"

Correct me if I am wrong but normal shiv/freeze/ice is same as black ice. Green ice however is just a couple damage higher then regular but 32 is a good level because you can beat a 35 (if you play well) and you are a fair fight with a lvl 30.
Green ice is better, more expensive
Black ice is cooler.

IMO Green looks cooler.
