Can't go to Kraken Islands Maps..?

I'm L21, completed all of the maps beforehand but still can't go to the Kraken Islands? Am I missing something? Do you have to be a certain level? Just came back from a break, was excited for the new maps and still can't go to them:/ Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

go to dragons jewel and talk to captain press explore and voila

no, he's talkin about the old maps i suppose. you should go south of windmoore city, just after the pvp arena.
