Best gear for L16 Rogue?

Made a L16 Rogue, just need some gear :P And sort of a price range, (I don't think) money is a problem. But I dunno if bow or daggers (is that what they're called?) is better, so plox halp me with what I need. And I'm gonna have to search the forums for a build >.>

The Level 16 Twinks things are extremely expensive, but I'll give the list to try to buy them (only the best, but go about saying goodbye 900k):

1-. Weapon: Bonechill bow of Potency

2-. Helmet: Agile Ranger Cloak of Will

3-. Armor: Agile Ranger Leather of Savvy, Radiant vest of savvy, Agile Ranger Leather of Security (More armor and more Heal but less Damage and DPS), Heroic Watch Vest of savvy.

4-. Ring: Ensoceleld Ring of Potency

5-. Amulet: Miraclous Bauble of brutality

All level 16 and to maximize the full purchase Malison.

Bonechill vest of savvy is the best of the "savvy" armors.

Bonechill vest of savvy is the best of the "savvy" armors. Id stomp anyone with bonechill armor with my agile ranger :p not much differemce anyway
