Good Affordable Gear for Mage

First off, by affordable i mean less than 100k. So i have a sealord effigy of security as helm, shipmaster robe of savvy armor, oracle gun weapon, legend ring, holy bauble. i need something that's better than this. if you guys know anything please tell.

use of security armor.(sealord something of security) i had a good l21 ring that beat the semi good l25 ones but cant member it's name

The question to answer your question is: better in what way? Different gears cater to different stats and such, and whether or not it's better is subjective.

theres only a few who farms for sealord lvl30... you can wait or farm foryourself.

idk about rings but the lvl25-26 are still good. enscrolled ring of brutality and pendant that is "of brutality"

brutality is for str int
assaults are for dex int.

the new epic ring/amu lvl31 from elite warchests might be better than the legendary ensorcelled, superb etc...
i dont know cause i havent played much yet but if someone can confirm that'd be great.

Sorcerers have the cheapest equipment in general, so affordable is relative. Anyway, for level 31 I have a bonechill robe and mantle, got them both for under 100k. I have the INT cobalt ring, which wasn't expensive, and an infused brooch of assault (level 26) which I got from a normal pirate chest.

My one extravagance was buying a borean cage rifle, but I'm not broke yet. ;)
