Locked out of Nordr

I am getting the you must complete the previous area first message. I have defeated all the areas in the Kracken Isles and am level 26. Is there a quest I need to get there?

You can't use the map to go there the first time. Go to the Great City of Kraag and go through the Gates to Nordr.

Yay, I made it into Nordr ... and then was almost immediately pinged to death by lag. Perhaps I will check it out tomorrow :)
