Frustrated...question

So I really want this whole premium vamp bundle...I created a whole new account with email and never saw the "premium vamp" pop up I keep hearing about. I didnt evdn see it with my first char. So I bought a second char slot in my main account and still nothing. So I have a lvl 21, lvl 8, and a lvl 3. Can anyone tell me exactly how to get the premium package before I waste another bunch of plait??

the premium vampire bundle would be a small "S" type logp on the main screen after you login and costs 15 plat and only available before lvl 10 or soo i think

if you go into the store i believe it is listed under the bundles. it does however go away like scisor said at lvl 10 i think.

Thank you both for your help. I really appreciate it however there. Is nothin like that on either of my characters that are below lvl 10.

IIRC, you wouldn't see the option for the starter bundle under after you unlocked multi-player. So if you haven't unlocked multi-player on your level 3 yet, maybe that's why you don't see it?
