Now that you hopefully have took a close look at my pics you can see my frustration. I leveled up about 30-40 times today til finally staying lvl 31?

How about your skillpoints and stat points? Is there any additional points when lvling up every run?

Seriously.. I think it is not bug... U just had too high ping or kill to many mobs at once... That may be "skipping" in ur xp points... I had 643 xp in one WT4 run.. without elix
