Hi Samhayne,

I order using google wallet on 20th april 2013 with Google order number: 403716695105203 and 223152039799560, each order is for 1700 platinum so in total 3400 platinum.
I already contact the STS also via forum support and the others way but i haven't received confirmation nor the platinum.
I really disappointed because when I checked with the bank, they said the transaction has been charged into my credit card account.

I got the same issue, i bought the 1700 platinum on 20th april twice order in total 3400 plat and i still haven't got the platinum.
I bought using google wallet and credit card balance already used. I know since it's weekend so i haven't any confirmation, replying or the plat.
hope today i got my plat.
