Hmm im not an expert but lol dmg is damage and dps is damage per second

How does DMG and DPS affect each classes?

Damage is what affects skills, DPS is what affects auto-attack. For rogue some people could go dmg (bow) and some people go dps (daggers). For warrior dmg is what most people go for and most effective. For mage most people use dmg (gun).
