Popular skills used that has a damage over time: Fireball, frost bolt, time shift.
Of the 3 DoT, I notice fireball's DoT is decent. Time shift is very weak. Is there a calculator for it?

With lifegiver, I wonder is it really worth while to upgrade the skill that gives +10 life regeneration and +5 mana regen. With 2000+ health point pool, these small regeneration appear to be very insignificant.

What do other sorcerers think?

i find heal (hp and mana) overtime useless ... 10 hp over 10 sec and 5 mp over 10 sec ?
my 1 skill is 160 mana ...
and im sure most mobs does 100+ dmg per hit ....

Depends on you, the upgrade that gives +10 life regeneration regenerates between 30-40 health point per tick, but in my opinion, mana regen is useless as it doesn't even regen enough mana to even use a skill.

I agree with them. The skills really need to be fixed so they scale with toon levels.

What, timeshift DoT is awesome. Fireball has higher damage but it's every second, for 5 seconds. Timeshift is like a constant stream of damage for potentially longer o:
