Hammer not proc'ing

Am i the only one or does the boss drop hammer not proc sts please check this out asap.

It might have different requirements for the proc to go off. For example, some procs can be set to go off only on normal attacks. Are you ever doing any normal moves, or just stringing ability attacks?

You cant just swing for this weapon to proc, you need an enemy.

But can there be something that shows the enemy is debuffed?

yea please cause to me seems like nothing happens , also is damage bugged on this please check i feel my mountain hammer from plat pack hits harder then this one.

Does it shows some aura or something when it activates procs 'cause it seems it doesn't proc :(

If it is the Entombed hammer we're talking about, you'll see debuff icons on the mobs that the hammer procs on
