The CS or consignment shop can be found at BALEFORT CASTLE. Artie,Arnold and Archie are the cs npcs and Darada is your stash. They can be found at the left hand side of the map. You may just follow the ppl going inside.

The Rarity of items are these...
Grey is for trash
White is for common
Brown for uncommon
Green for RARE
Purple is Epic
Pink is for Legendary
And Dark Pink is for ELITE.

Remember that color doesnt always speaks for the price. You may want to check the items price first before liquidating them cause they might have good value.

There is but they are much easier (I think, definitely cheaper though since you can't buy them with plat, directly) to get. They are the ELITE items just as wammm said
