Can't smash Nordr ice patches anymore

I used to be able to use Skyward Smash on enemies that were standing on or next to ice patches to destroy them, now an energy bar appears above the ice patch showing max health, they're unbreakable.

Please can you fix this.

The health bar showing up will be fixed.

The ice patches aren't meant to be destroyed, so we fixed it.

They weren't meant to be destroyed? That sucks. Being able to smash them was a real help because they're so big and so many of them. It's now especially annoying there's more chance of accidentally doing a Skyward Smash onto an enemy in the middle of an ice patch and so you get stuck there, whereas before you could continue to battle.

On the subject of things becoming unbreakable, in one of the stories where there are animals in cages you used to be able to smash the cage and the animals would run free, it doesn't affect anything not being able to smash them but it was like that for months then suddenly in an update the cages couldn't be broken.
