The elite Legendary Mountain Teeth of Brutality - Gives boost on damage less dps
And lastly best dagger on this cap lvl 31 is the Arcane Hooks :)

Hooks aren't lvl31. BUT, because those are arcane they're holding their own against new legendary daggers. Still the best rogue weapons out there! Doesn't matter if the itemlvl is 26.

Hooks>Mountain Teeth>Incandescents

The reason I choose mountain teeth over in Incandescents is, that 18 damage for 9 dps is an upgrade that you should make everywhere.

These are ridiculously expensive...

The best is the Bonechill bow of potency. It's strong for bow users. Idk for mellee weapons :(
