Are this item <pink ryylox alien blaster lvl43 are discontinued?,coz I didn't see anyone sell on cs,only a lvl50 one. .or mybe its just trash,tht why no one selling.. .ugh.

No, it isn't.
They're lootable by Ryloxx as a L43 player if I'm not mistaken.
