You all know bout the lvl35 blood,shadow,and moon crystals of tonicity, apperantly the group of the pack is missin a fellow tonicity :( apperantly lvl35 beast crystal of tonicity is unfarmable and unavailable .... Located in The Downtown Suburbs- Bloody Mess , idk why but im hoping for a dev to see this to fix it , the main item pink drop still shows the lvl31 haleness vwrsion not tonicity, plz help the 3 sad blood shadow and moon tonicity reunited with their fellow beastyy gem :(((

Every zone lower than Gallows Alley drops ONLY level 31 gear. They have told us this. I liked it better when all zones scaled, but someone must have had a reason for deciding not to scale these zones past 31. Whatever the reason, they haven't explained it to us.
