After loggin in, click nexus in the menu then go to account, click modify account and there you can change your e.add and password

Hi, there is no "modify account" in that menu.

If you log in from Facebook... there is no way you can swap to emails. Your account is stuck like glue... with your FB account

Nonetheless, you cant change emails on facebook/google+ accounts.
