Since all players are from different timezone, it would be easier for us to set a meeting with players in-game based on the game's server time.
I'm not sure if such as this topic already exists and I know this is possible. The only thing is, when do you think we'll have one?

I'd really like this to get implemented since it's really really really hard to meet up buddies with different timezone in forums and especially in-game. I hope this won't take a lot of time and trouble for the devs.

Nice idea! Will also let us know how much time left for next expansion.

This is beautiful.

Not sure what do you mean about that but server actually do announcements like "Server shutting down in 20 minutes.."
Though it would be good if we're time-synchronized with the server especially in meeting buddies or holding personal game events.

Just to clarify for me - it's not that, that i don't like it. I think it's a good idea. ;)

You type /servertime and there comes a countdown up?

Quick issue, solvable but kinda confusing. ~Server~ is actually in Ashburn Virginia which is right now on Eastern Daylight time. Space Time Studios / The Forums are based out of Austin which is Central Daylight Time. So, which does it display ;)

It would let us know the hours or days left for the expansion without having to Google Texas time or whatever

But the time till the next expansion isn't determined until late in the current expansion.

You're kidding me, aren't you?

It would let us know the hours or days left for the expansion without having to Google Texas time or whatever AFTER THE EXPANSION IS ANNOUNCED.

Fine, edited in bold.

Don't see why you're acting like that was obvious before that edit.

Sorry, thought you were messing with me on purpose, no offense :)
It seemed obvious to me, and I assumed it would seem obvious to everyone else too.

O.o I don't like messes too much of a bother to clean.

Oh my. Thought my example in my first post was clear and obvious. Server time. The actual time of the server where this game resides/hosted.
For example, time in-game is Jan 1 2013 07:30.
Whatever the time in forums or anywhere, when we say, "Let's meet at Jan 2 12:00PM." Both parties will just type /servertime in-game. OMG, it seems my explanation now is kinda confusing than the obvious easy-to-understand compound word servertime

I've edited my first post to avoid confusion.
