In a full team, takes forever...so how do we know were doing Hard-Core Content?
yes still confused about "Hard-Core" mode.
Does this mean the "3" new levels are like this?

You are supposed to use teamwork.
Full team ops - everyone die
Full team engs - runs are a bit slow
Full team coms - enemies wont die
try to find team with one com, two engs and two ops

OR....you can get some OP team where everyone has maxed out enhancers and leech XDD

The tanks aren't that hard to kill, if you use the right tactics. Stun/knockdown skills coupled with high-damage skills will usually work. The problem is, you need at least four people to be able to put out enough damage to kill the tank before it heals back up. The problem is that most teams don't know that, and that SL's interface is not designed to allow the close coordination this expansion requires. Getting a few friends together and setting up a Skype call is probably the best solution.
@Finman: I've found that 2 comms, 2 engineers, and one engineer work a little better, since the commando's crowd control and stun skills are much more valuable then the damage dealing skills operatives have, and having only one comm leaves no back-up tank if things go wrong.

IF you want a speed kill and a speed run. Your Team must Have 3 Ops, 2 Engs. Even without Enchancer and if your level 46+ it will be a piece of cake for you.

That seems possible. How do you handle crowd control and tanking without a commando or two tagging along?

Theres no tank to be needed. Bcuz of the speed of Ops and the heal of Engs. There were like tanks and killers. If the Engs are noobs they DIE! :excitement:

I'll add my thoughts since it's been bumped anyway.
All you need is a good team, with experienced players. Yesterday, A friend and I killed one yesterday, both level 50 ops, with no enhancers. Only took about 30 seconds.
I think you just need people who use skills properly, and actually care about the run instead of just half leeching half playing.

4ops 1eng all you need. If the eng is good you won't have a problem just stay a little back since you may get aggro

Ha! Most of the time, the engi sucks, and that party fails...
Good engi - it beasts.
Normal engi - it fails miserably.

My eng and my 4 eng friends discovered something beast in Pve but weak in Pvp. Its like a Op dmg with Aoe.

Those tanks need atleast 4 ppl to take down, and usually one of them needs to have active dmg/combo enhancer.
I think STS tank vulars need to be nerfed, either decrease regen rate, or create some sort of vulnerability (Like lure them to some areas on a map where they couldn't heal properly, or unable to heal properly if something happened - like killing a certain group of mobs, hopefully you get the idea)

Not really. You can do it with 2 players who are well aware of their skills and how to use them correctly. As operative, I've got the megavular down to 50% for a second or two. With 2 ops it's less than 20 seconds. Operative and eng can do it fairly fast too. Same goes for operative and commando, if he's using his combos.

I think he's referring to pain. Pain is actually really good in pvp as well, you just need to time it right.
A full team of Engineers can actually pull off a pretty sweet teamwork, One eng use pain, after 3 sec stun explosion, another eng use pain, 3 seconds stun, explodes, another eng pains, etc... Benefit of 5 eng is if some got dodged you can still keep stun active, highly doubt the dps can kill the tanks on STS though...
