Clyde's Arcane Ability now has a chance to panic enemies again.
Minibosses in Elite Dead City dungeons will now drop Elite Banded Chests II.

doesn't everyone liquidate epics? i'm just wondering because they are mentioned here and in another thread carapace said that normal nordr bosses have epic drops assigned to each. I can't imagine anyone being successful in nordr or kracken with epic equips. Idk why so much attention is being paid to them when u have other things that need to be addressed.

Thr was an epic ring of lvl30 worth 250k more then some legendary items...so maybe some epics maybe worth something...

I think Ruby Band of Brutality decent. Anytime you see something which gives you 3.0 damage it is usually good. Even if the stats are a bit lower. It comes down to personal preference. But as a mage I like stuff which gives me int/str. The epic ruby band of brutality level 31 is better then a legendary level 25 or the same as level 26 (if one exists) Ensorcelled Band of Brutality. So you decide pay more because one is pink?

Exactly, there are purple jewelry better then what 85% of people are wearing. I paid like 30K for a ring and looted an amulet that was better in EVERY stat then what I had because I could not afford the 800k versions at 25 and the level 30's are better, but I don't have 1.5 M.

There will be no change to that, it is just random. The change is the LEVEL associated with the epics that you got.

Actually, a much higher % blues than that have very versatile stats - much much more so than the standard legendary jewelry. I have a pack full of blue rings and amulets to combine with different armors/weapons for various pve/pvp scenarios, as do many others that I know.

Ask any of the top rogues who are using the elite survival builds for Nordr. Blue is indeed the new pink.

Just as a follow up on useless blues. If you're a mage you should consider level 30 Babble Bauble of Warfare. 29 INT 3.1 Damage 30 Armor. The level 31 version sucks because they nerfed the damage to give you +1 INT.
