View Full Version : Accidentally bought 7 day Elix

Hi guys first of all sorry if iam in the wrong part of the forums since i dont know where to post this..
This post is aimed towards GM's , my problem is i accidentally bought a 7 day xp elix even though iam already at max lvl, we are farmin Elite Nordr Map and before boss dies i decided to use the 1hour elix combo for its additional 30% loot reroll effect since iam having bad luck in whole day of farmin i decided to use it along with the 15Min reroll but because i needed to press and choose the hour elix in the heat of the battle before the boss die i accidentally hit and bought the 7 day elix =(


This is my second max Level character my first being my other rogue (Graveblink), if its possible may i ask for a refund for this wasted plat? I can remove this 7 day xp elix buff if you require me to cancel it.. I hope sts would understand and give me a refund =(

I know very well guys that its my own fault just hoping that sts can understand that 65Plat is not easy to comeby =(

Gratz on max. level (and your first forum post)! :D If you send an email to customer service they will do what they can to help you out when they get back in Monday. : ) Happy leveling! Oh wait... *face palm* ;P

I accidentally bought warden pavk on my 26 on day of nordr release, and today i just got refunded 15 plat

If it's all 'bout refunds, they're serious about that. Go, e-mail them, they surely can help you :)

The help desk surely is helpful in sensitive issues like these. I remember filing a case about the same issue and getting my refund after 5 days. Goodluck!
