I never find grand crates in AL. Y?

I find the best way to get locked crates is when you get a luck elixir, summon Shiloh for 12% extra movement speed and then go and kill as many early level bosses as your luck elixir timer allows. Yesterday on a luck elixir I got a Ribbit egg and 2 crates, then moments after the elixir wore off I killed a boss and he dropped another crate! And again later that day I got a crate from a mob without the luck elixir.

Luck elixirs and playing a lot will get you crates, eventually.
