Vanities are stashable. Idk about Cap vanities. Maybe someone had a bunch of uncrafted CoPs and stashed, and crafted on another toon.

It is called the dingy helm or something they were able 2 be stash it during the sewer cap they have left it in there stash untill now the they crafted it :)

No, uncrafted CoP can be transferred and then crafted into a vanity CoP that will grant you the bonus ring.

The original COP is stashable and it is not a vanities. Once it is converted to vanity it is no longer stashable.
As another poster said, before COP there was dingy crowns. Some player bought several of these crowns or got them other ways and now transfer to toons that never capped at 56 and convert them to vanity to get the rings.

u have to stash it then log off then ask apoollo for help then double team the stash lady and ask her to stash your elite vanity stuff
