Thanks, I actually was gone after hitting 21, just spent 20mins clearing thru the islands part now can't find the quest starter for the nordic chain or the kraken tombs.

1. Finish all kraken island quests. Got to main hub in ki, walk to the boat(dragons jewel it think) find the lady next to flag pole, click explore, BOOM click kraken mines
2. Must be at least l23, go to kraag walk to the far left of starting point, go up to get
3. would have to be warrios, there reaching close to 500dmg(highest of now I believe is 456dmg)

To find the kraken mines you need to complete the Kraken Isles Questline, the talk to The Captain on the Dragons Jewel and select "Explore".

To access Nordr, simply go to Kraag and walk as far to your left as you can.
