Loading takes too long ifim using google account

Hello i need help why my loading takes too long or sometimes i get disconnected if im using google account? But if i try to use email account such as yahoo. Loading seems ok.

And second question how can i change my google account into yahoo accountis it possible to transfer my charcter to other email account? Because if your are using google accountyou cannot change the password unless you change your goggle email account, but if your are using yahoo account there is an option on how to modify or change your arcane password by not using your yahoo email password
