Help with Bear

Been some time on PL now and have a bird and an enchantress above lvl5o. Now I want a bear, but no clue how to build. Reading over the forum, I get INT16 over time, STR/Dex about 1:1, but more into Dex, just enough for STR gear? I want abear to do massive damage and tank, so any suggestions, please.
