Platinum Glitch?

This is mostly directed to Spactime Studios staff. I have already sent an email to support, but I wanted to post here too. I have just bought 2000 platinum for $54.99, but I received twice as much. I don't know if I got charged double, but I am pretty sure that I have been. My IGN is Pownagewizard. Please make the right adjustments! Thank you!

You probably did bought double the 2k platinum, or it could be a glitch. Don't worry if it's the second option, STS knows exactly how much have you bought.

If it's your first platinum purchase, you get a certain % of plat for free. It's not 2x as much though.

The same thing happened to me only I payed for two 2k platnium pack at 54.99 and have not got my 4k platnium.
