A friend of mine told me that he had two epic items (lvl 25) poppin out of the Elite Banded Chest II. In my understanding, the Elite Banded Chest should give these drops of the said level as opposed to Elite Banded Chest II that should give level 29-31 items. I have tried for myself to open to confirm if it can really happen and in my surprise, I had an epic item (lvl 25) coming out together with the other contents.
Any word about this issue or at least someone who had experienced this as well? Thanks! :)
