CS is disabled for suspicious activity? Dafuqq?

So i was buying gear for my mage on my alt, and it says, cs has been disabled for suspicious activity?
Why did that happen?

email sts I got blocked on my 16 too and a few other l5 toons but they all had limits removed within a day of the email I sent

We employ a fraud detection system to help stop people who use fraudulent or stolen credit cards or accounts that go on to purchase large amounts of Gold and then transfer them off to mule accounts.
