Trade system error

Here is the story....

Me: Buying lv7 warfare amulet

*a player pm me*
Player: offer?
Me: 5k?
Player: no, 15k
Me: 10k?
Player: lowest 12k
Me: ok

*enter the trade window*
*put 12k*
*put the amulet*

Then something wrong happens...
*confirm 1x, not confirmed (probably lag so i press it many times)*

Then i got NOTHING! But my money has lost!
And the player gone..
I think it's lag so i try trade with my friend, and it's worked.

What's wrong with that trade?
Was that a lag? Or maybe some bugs?

Arghh.. i feel for ya! I've personally never had that bug before but i do have to click confirm trade quite a lot sometimes...
Anyhow try email Support@spacetime.com and see if Devs can solve the problem by viewing trade logs associated with your character!
