Did you miss any main quests? Otherways contact support, there are a lot of answers there.

Make sure you talk to the Mage Messenger Deary in Traveler's outpost before going thru Ydra. He starts the quest-line.

Wait how does one complete dead city before ydra?
You need to go through ydra to reach kraag right?
