Vengeful slash is bugged?

Everytime I press vengeful slash it lags a secomd, but my other skills dont do that anyone else having that problem?

Also is it me or is are you too getting sudden ping spikes while in pvp? Came home thinking ima pvp today like I do everyday, but the spikes are hitting hard today

I to have noticed some differences in the time it takes for skills to activate . I wonder if some skills have more data to transfer than others.

Sweet then its not just me, there some delay between some skills, while the other skills work just fine, I hope they look into this

Cooldowns and ping may affect this. If ur lagging at like 1000 ping,then skills would be delayed around 1 second.

I have got the lag spikes in pvp too, I press the "home" button to check my signal, and I see my internet has the signal strengh full. I would guess this is due to the game's server and needs a quick refresh.
