Just got scammed, need support assistance please.

A lvl 71 bird character named Ssfarcher of the guild Tranquility promised me 1 million gold for my lvl 70 Tiki God Sand Schimitar, crafted with 4 Ocean Blue Diamonds. He requested i let him see it first to test it. I did, he even showed me the gold in trade. He then said gold was in stash and that was it. I didn't know how to take a screenshot on my tablet but i submitted a report in hopes the chat was submitted. Could a developer or customer service agent please look into this. Again he is a level 71 bird named Ssfarcher of the guild Tranquility. Im out alot of hard work for my item and gold. My ingame name is Beuwar lvl 74 bear

This player Ssfarcher refuses to give me my gold or my weapon back. He just keeps saying "fine you want me to give you 1mil? He is ingame now. This is not right, I hope a developer customer service sees this.

All the more reason not to trust anyone. I've said it before an I'll say it again, player to player trades should be taken out of the game. It just leaves the door open for these things to happen. The consignment shop is foolproof and the best way to buy and sell items.
