few steps that makes you able to rate the guild
1- how hard is it to get promoted :
more harder more the better because
when people works harder for promotions
the guild gets active
the guilds that promotes according to the level are not great
because people will be always leveling up or even doesnt use
the guild chat at all .
2- quality of the officer :
more careful the officers are the guild is more
active officers should be caring for the guild
as much as the master does .
3- motivations : be sure that if there was motives
for being a officer or recruiter that the guild will be always
awesome !
ex: pay a monthly salary for
the officers .
4- being creative : the guild master should
be creative he shouldnt comply in the limited
features of the guild in STS but he should be
creative
ex: create new ranks ex : head officer
5- the guild master activity : some of the guild masters
comes online for 10 mins daily !!.
note : im speaking out of a long experiences in the
guilds .
guild i remember joining :
1- deviant misfits
2- arcane mafia
3- usa wolfpack
4- bloody killers ( disbanded )
5- silent killz
6- doom hardey
7- arrogant bastards
8- twisted bastards
9- red axe
10- silent scream ( disbanded )
11- kills with stylz
12- pheonix
13- animosity
14- epitome of silent kills ( just joined it today )
note : this is not half of the guilds i have joined other guilds i have joined has been disbanded or not famous
