iphone fps lag

iv been lagging so much and its starting to get boring playing on iPhone 3g with this lag is there going to be a patch to ix this

You might be able to get smoother play by unchecking "high quality" in your game settings. I have not been getting any real lag at all, just ping spikes...

I find the frame rate on ipad suffers pretty bad when there is a heap of Mage spells and stuff, so many stars and snowflakes and flashes that it just starts stuttering. Revive is especially bad.

Its ok at lower levels, since low levels don't have the fancy animated gear or the mana to blast out spell after spell. But the higher you get the more people have fancy stuff and endless spells, which starts to get a bit clunky.
