Can somone make a simple guide here showing how to make a sig step by step using photoshop cs4 portable?

There are numerous guides on YouTube explaining how to work PS and how to use different effects, try those. They may not be working on a sig per say, but they'll explain each individual tool and give you the information needed to be able to make one yourself. Photoshop is all about getting familiar with it and knowing how to navigate around the UI.
