my other accout cant trade or buy

While trading my other account a message pop up saying my char was suspicious. I wasnt doing anything bad just trading on my other account. Now i cant get my stuff on that account. How can this be resolved?

This is a new problem of some players that they trade much gold or items to lower levels but cant be traded back. It is because toprevent scam like chatting rich players to trade 10m for the filthy rich title but then that player doesnt come back anymore.
