lottery in the guild hall !

Actually I have took this suggestion from Pl suggestions any way
At the guild hall any guild member can purchase a lottery ticket and there should be a limited number of tickets 50_100 .
So after a cretin time one member wins and blah blah , you know the rest anyway I think its cool
